An Introduction to Huna – A Shamanic Path to Inner Harmony and Power

  • Would you like to go on an adventure?
  • Would you like to change things in your life?
  • Would you like to benefit from exploring a fascinating and powerful system of living?
  • Would you like to discover inspiration and learn in a safe supportive environment?

Huna is a spiritual system that draws from many cultures, especially those from Hawaii. The wisdom can be found in many places, but the organization and depth of the Huna system is unique. You are invited to adventure into these mysteries and find how they can help you solve problems and enjoy your life even more than you do now.

We all know that the same old thinking will take you to the same old place. To change your life, you must change how you think. Huna is a very practical system of thought that is both powerful and loving. It helps guide a practitioner through the challenges of life with an understanding of how emotional energy works.

Power – the ability to do things, comes from both our mind and our heart. Huna describes the pathways to power in 7 principles that work together to create effective and loving patterns for a more satisfying life.

Is there a relationship between our inner experience and our outer one? Huna says, “Yes, there is.” That’s a bold statement and a potentially a very powerful one. If that’s true, how does it work and how do we use that knowledge for our own purposes? These sessions are an invitation to explore that proposition and its ramifications.

There are many wise sayings about the power of love, but very few of them mention anything about how it works. They also don’t say how we can use that power to alter our experiences. Huna is about using our natural love, for ourselves and others, to craft our reality in ways that benefit everyone.

There comes a time when our current knowledge isn’t enough to effectively deal with our challenges. We need to find new ways of thinking and acting. Huna is one such way of thinking that can help us do this. It gives us many powerful tools and ways to organize our thinking that helps everyone involved.

You are invited to come join us as we transform our own world.

This course is an introduction to the foundational ideas and techniques of Huna. Much of Huna is about healing and we will talk about and demonstrate the elementary ways in which Huna can help people.

There is no dogma here, only practices that work most of the time.

You are invited to expand your understanding of how you work and how to use your power to enjoy your life more.

What People Are Saying About Pete and Stewart’s Classes

“I absolutely enjoy taking the various online courses offered by Serge, Pete and Stewart around various topics and techniques related to Huna that truly work effectively for myself and for everyone I share them with.

They are all wise men who have been working with and practicing everything related to Huna. They share their wisdom with open hearts, a straightforward, well structured and understandable approach, and they always gift me and all the other participants with enough space to experience first hand the effectiveness of the tools and techniques they teach.

I highly recommend joining their classes to anyone who is interested to learn more about the timeless wisdom that can be found in Hawaii and who would like to share the spirit of Aloha no matter where they are in the world”.

Well, there are these two guys somewhere in the world, far away across the sea, or even further away, across the ocean, to whom you can tell the craziest things you can imagine and they will listen to you with their full attention, respect, gentleness and support. And you can even write to them between and after classes with any kind of question and they will answer you immediately and make you feel welcome, appreciated and more empowered than you can even imagine. And after a few weeks, you’ll feel like you’re meeting two old, loving friends…. If all is a dream, I don’t think I’d ever want this dream to end.

Aloha Pete and Stewart,

I want to thank both of you for the wonderful workshop. I appreciated the way you organized each week’s presentation by alternating the teachings between you. It was perfect for our modern shorter attention spans. And I appreciated the succinct lesson followed with a related meditative experience: information then action. I never had the feeling that ideas were truncated or rushed through in any way. We had plenty of time for questions, for our journey experience, and for sharing afterward. The homework suggestions were of great and lasting value. I received much more than I expected which included after-class information: homework, links, reminders, etc, Plus, you have allowed access to the recordings of the class for an entire year. You couldn’t have been more generous with your knowledge and your time. Knowing that you are both available for consultation afterward is a very loving gift.

“Coming back to Huna makes me feel like someone who has been struggling along a rocky and overgrown path by a gently flowing river for a long time with a heavy weight on my back and someone has just come along and pointed out what a lovely canoe I am carrying!”

“All of the classes you do together are beautifully organized by the way you share the teachings. I consider them a gift to myself, like mini vacations or retreats – a way to connect to spiritual inspiration while in the company of others with similar intent. The journeys (exercises) you guide us on and the sharing afterward is spiritual nutrition for me and necessary for feeling I have a full life right now”

I really enjoyed your Huna Adventures workshop and there have been many positive changes in my life, especially after the third session getting to know the goddesses! I feel much more empowered in myself, and since connecting with Hi’iaka, I have been experiencing greater success with getting things done! I am very happy to have shared with the group and the first two workshops sort of laid the ground for this to happen with the gentle encouragement that was provided, and all the comments the rest of the group gave, it created an open and loving space for me to express myself:-) I look forward to learning more about Huna and continuing on this wonderful path.

Pete and Stewart kindly and compassionately guided our group through the course. The insightful theory was nicely spread over the 4 evenings alongside a variety of exercises to help understand the topic. Both Pete and Stewart are grounded, kind and caring personalities, focussed on supporting the participants with their spiritual learnings and adventures. If you are looking for a first sneak peek into Huna Shamanism this course is perfect and you can be sure that you will be welcomed and taken care of. All questions are allowed and will be answered during the sessions and via email.

Huna is a philosophical system with Hawaiian roots that is about personal empowerment and fulfillment. This system is a form of shamanism and uses all the elements of nature to work with both individuals and groups to make the world a better place.

This series of seven workshops explores seven discreet topics from a Huna perspective.

Each workshop will explore one of the following topics:

  • Understanding the Aloha Spirit – There is powerful magic in the Hawaiian concept of Aloha. In this class we will explore the nature of Aloha and how to use it in our lives and in healing.
  • Working with the Natural Elements – We are surrounded by Nature and we are an integral part of Nature. In this class we explore some of the many ways that we can understand ourselves and our potentials better by working with the elements of Nature.
  • Partnering with the Hawaiian Gods and Goddesses – The Hawaiian deities are personifications of certain aspects of Nature. In this class we will learn to use these powerful metaphors to assist us in our work and play.
  • Exploring Energy – Learn how to more consciously understand and work with energy in many forms.
  • The Fine Art of Manifestation – We manifest all the time; but we usually don’t do it with care and awareness. In this we will explore the mechanics of creating our realities and learn how to do it more effectively.
  • The Way of Grokking – This is the ancient skill of “feeling into” something or someone that we can “see” from their perspective. In this class we will practice grokking with lots of examples.
  • Huna “First Aid” Healing – While no technique works all the time or for every problem, Huna provides us with a wide variety of techniques that allow us to relieve most pain and suffering. In this class we will explore some of the most important of these techniques.

The sessions will involve teaching, discussion, exercises and journeying. In addition, exercises to do between sessions will be provided.

Timing

The workshop will run over seven sessions in 2025 on the following dates:

  • February 3rd
  • February 10th
  • February 17th
  • February 24th
  • March 3rd
  • March 10th
  • March 17th

Each session will run at 7pm -8:30pm UK time.
