What is the Emperor of the Universe Technique?
Some years ago, Serge King taught me a simple technique which I have used many times since and found to be really useful. Serge sometimes refers to it as the Emperor of the Universe technique. It is a useful way of getting into the present moment and experiencing the benefits that that brings.
As with all techniques some may suit you and others may not. However the best way to find out is to give it a go. In the video below, Serge briefly talks about the technique.
