Working With The Seven Elements

We are surrounded by Nature, and we are an integral part of Nature. In the practice of Huna, working with the seven natural elements—Fire, Water, Wind, Stone, Plants, Animals and Humans offers a profound connection to the forces that sustain and influence our lives.

Each element carries unique wisdom including: transformation, purification, movement, endurance, renewal, presence and creativity. By working with these elements, we honor the interconnectedness of all life and awaken our own innate power to heal, grow, and create harmony within ourselves and the world around us. Through Huna, these elements become allies, reminding us that nature’s rhythms are also our rhythms—and when we embrace them, we step into a life of harmony, empowerment, and aloha.

In this short video extract of a conversation I had with Serge King, Serge discusses working with the elements.

In our forthcoming Seven Shamanic Skills for Personal Power Online Workshop in February and March we will cover Working with the Power of the Natural Elements in addition to six other exciting and useful topics.
